TimeClockLE and TimeClockNet3 are computer based time clock systems for small businesses with anywhere from 1 to 200 employees. TimeClockLE is based on a single computer that is strategically located by the employee entrance. TimeClockNet3 works on multiple computers on a Local Network. Each employee uses a pre-assigned PIN code to punch IN and OUT of work. This means no more time cards to hassle with. TimeClockLE  and TimeClockNet require one of the following operating systems: Windows 95, 98, ME, NT, 2K, and XP. The computer can be stand alone, or a part of a network.

Both TimeClockLE and TimeClockNet3 are easy to use, and easy to learn. If you should have any questions, Skutch has excellent technical support.

TimeClockLE Features

1. Accurate Time
   You never have to worry about making time adjustments with TimeClockLE. The system automatically updates the computer's system clock every night to the National Time Standard. It even automatically adjust for Daylight savings time. This insures that the current time on TimeClockLE will always be accurate. Inexpensive Atomic Clocks (Radio Controlled) can be installed throughout the workplace to supply clocks that are synchronized to the National Time Standard also. This way, the clocks will reflect the time on TimeClockLE. This feature works will both dial up modems and DSL or cable modems.
2. No Time Cards
   No more time cards to hassle with! Employees punch IN and OUT using individual PIN codes that are assigned to them.
3. Printed Time Sheets
   TimeClockLE prints a separate time sheet for each employee at the end of each pay period. This sheet shows all punch IN and OUT times, any notes, and adjustments for the pay period.
4. Pay Period Summary Report
   TimeClockLE provides a payroll summary report which provides the data you need to process your payroll with ease.
5. Remote Printing
   A remote printing utility is available at no extra charge, that allows you to print all TimeClockLE reports on a different computer. First you export the reports to a floppy disk or Jump Drive, then you run the utility on the remote computer. You don't have to have a printer attached to your TimeClockLE computer to get your reports.
6. Job Tracking
   As an option, TimeClockLE can be used to track labor hours spent on each project. When employees Punch IN, they must also select the JOB name that they are working on. When the job is complete, a JOB SUMMARY report can be printed that shows all employee punch data related to that job, total hours worked, and a total billable labor sum.
7. ACTIVITY LOG
   TimeClockLE stores a record in the ACTIVITY LOG when TimeClockLE is started and ended. It logs any system clock adjustments over 50 seconds, and it logs any time that Manager Mode is entered.

   1. View and edit all employees punch data.
   2. Add, Delete, and Edit employees in system. This includes assigning of PIN codes.
   3. Process pay period reports, including viewing, printing, and exporting of all reports.
   4. View ACTIVITY LOG.
   5. Empty the ACTIVITY LOG.
   6. Viewing and assigning of Bell Alarm schedules.
   7. Backup and Restore employee and system data.
   8. Archive and Restore from Archive  employee data.
   9. Setting pay period parameters.
   10. Setting and Testing the internet clock update feature.
   11. Control over the type of data that is stored in the Activity Log.
   12. Setting Manager Mode access password.
   13. Editing the company information as displayed on the screen and on all reports.
   14. Enable or Disable Job Tracking.
   15. Add, Edit. or Delete Jobs.
   16. Enable or Disable Employee Notes.
        
10. Unlimited number of Bell Alarms
    Bell alarms supply an audible alarm to employees to inform them of the proper start and end times for work and all breaks. Employees can concentrate on their work instead of the clock.
11. Employee Information supplied at punch IN/OUT
    1. The current Pay Period stating and ending dates.
    2. The hours that the employee has worked today.
    3. The hours that the employee has worked this week.
    4. The hours that the employee has worked this Pay Period.
12. Note Option at PUNCH time
    If the employee is late, or forgot to punch IN or OUT, the employee can enter a note for explanation purposes. This makes it easy for the accounting person to make the needed adjustments at the end of the pay period.

TimeClockNet3 Features

1. Network Based system.
   TineClockNet3 allows employees to punch in on any computer that is on the  network. There are three separate programs that make up the TimeClockNet3 system: TCNMaster (Installed on main Computer); TCNSatellite  (Installed on most computers. Used to PUNCH IN and OUT); TCNManager (Only required on one computer. Used to manage the system).

6. Auto Backup
   TimeClockNet3 makes a backup copy of all employee data everyday. This way if the system data should get corrupted, TimeClockNet3 is ready to be restored.

   TimeClockNet3 has a utility that allows you to back up data at any time. It also has a Restore utility that allows you to restore employee data.
8. TCNManager Capabilities
   a- Set Payroll periods, and Payroll Start days.
   b- Print Payroll Reports, Single or all at once. Preview option.
   c- Add, Edit, or Delete Employees in System.
   d- Edit Punch data.
   e- Enable or Disable Job Tracking. Allows you to add, edit, and/or delete jobs currently being worked on.
   f- Print Job Tracking Reports.
   g- Monitor employees who are currently Clocked IN.
   h- View Operation Manual.
   i- Set Auto Backup time.
   j- Manually Backup or Restore Employee data.

Both TimeClockLE & TimeClockNet3 come with a 60 day free trial period. After this time period you must register it if you wish to use it. The cost to register it is $79.00 for TimeClockLE, and $129.00 for TimeClockNet3. To register the software, write down the Serial Number of your software, which is located on the top of the initial form, and call Skutch Electronics Inc. at (916) 786-6186. We accept VISA, Master Card, and American Express Credit Cards. After purchase of the registration, we will give you an unlock code that will allow your copy to be registered. Skutch supplies high quality telephone technical support for one year from date of registration.

Technical Support

Skutch provides high quality telephone technical support, on a no charge basis, for a period of one (1) year from the registration date of the software. After this time technical support is available on a charge basis.

One Year Limited Warranty

Skutch Electronics Inc. warrants to the registered user, that the Licensed Software will substantially perform the functions described in the Documentation for a period of one (1) year after the date of registration of the Licensed Software to Licensee.
